Founded in 2002, archSCAN, LLC is a Maryland-based family business providing document review, document management, and scanning services. We specialize in the process of converting hard-copy large-format drawings and small-format documents into electronic files and then uploading them into a document management system in the cloud or on-premise. We provide a full-service, “turn-key” operation, converting paper chaos into an orderly, user-friendly electronic end product.  We service the Mid-Atlantic Region and elsewhere around the country.

archSCAN’s team of archivists have worked with hospitals, universities, federal and state agencies, and private industry to organize, digitize, and manage their documents. Although we work with many kinds of documents, archSCAN specializes in building-related documents. We have cleaned up hundreds of plan rooms and digitized millions of blueprints and drawings. The archSCAN team has more than 150 years of combined experience that brings exceptional expertise to the services being offered.
