How to be Proactive instead of Reactive in Preventing Disasters.

Wow. 24 inches of rain in one weekend. Historic flooding in South Carolina has, I am sure, ruined many businesses. I cannot imagine how many documents have been ruined due to water damage. In many cases, those documents only exist in a paper format and once they have been damaged that information is lost forever. It is critical for businesses to be proactive and digitize important documents BEFORE a freak accident or natural disaster occurs.
